Definitions

Personal Data
Management of Personal Data: In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. When using the NMtech website, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the NMtech site, the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s IP address. In any case, NMtech only collects personal information from the user as necessary for certain services offered on the NMtech website. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when entering it themselves. The website will specify whether the information is mandatory or optional.

Laws and Court Jurisdiction

In the absence of an amicable solution within a reasonable time, disputes arising from the use of the NMtech website, or the interpretation and application of the general terms and conditions of use, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
Unless a convention expressly provides otherwise, disputes between individuals with merchant status will be under the jurisdiction of the commercial court of NMtech, and disputes where one or more parties do not have merchant status will be governed by the rules of jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure
